วิธีการทดสอบการรั่วไหลของอากาศ: หลังการประกอบเสร็จ หมุนปิดวาล์วลดแรงดันที่เครื่องปั้ม จากนั้นปั้มอากาศ 20-30ครั้งต่อเนื่องและ รอ 15 วินาที สังเกตที่หน่วยวัดแรงดัน หากแรงดันไม่ลดลงแสดงว่ามีอุปกรณ์ปั้มมือใช้งานได้ปกติ หากแรงดันลดลงตรวจสอบหาจุดรั่วของอุปกรณ์โดยการจุ่มในถังน้ำ

3.                 ปั้มอากาศเข้าไปยังถังอากาศ

4.                 สังเกตเลขแรงดันบนถังอากาศและปั้มมือ เมื่อถึงค่าความดันอยู่ที่ 2,000-3,000 PSI หรือต่ำกว่าให้หยุดเติม

5.                 เปิดวาล์วระบายอากาศของปั๊มมือเพื่อเปิดและปล่อยแรงดัน

6.                 ถอดหัวต่อทองเหลืองออกจากถังดำน้ำ PARADIVE

Preventive Measure

Warning: Please do not use this product before you read and understand the instructions and notes. This product is suitable for recreational diving within 10 meters. Do not try to use it as air supply

in deeper waters.

This product can be used as a reserve air supply for recreational diving within a depth of 30 meters. Before using this product, you must be trained and certified by a recognized certification body in scuba diving technology. The use of this breathing apparatus by uncertified personnel at a depth of more than 10 metres is dangerous and may result in serious injury or casualty.

This product is suitable for use in waters that above 10 degrees Celsius.

Recommended maximum ascent speed is 15 metres per minute (the last 6 meters need to be  6 meters per minute).

Practice using this product when rising at normal speed in shallow water.

Do not carry products with signs of damage, leakage or undesirable performance.

The maximum filling pressure of this product is 3000PSI, and it can not to use filled that gas with oxygen content greater than 40%. Please use clean and dry compressed air, do not expose products above 160 degrees Celsius environment or open fire.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, car luggage, or extreme temperatures. This product is a high precision product, please do not disassemble and assemble this product at

will. Untrained optional disassembly of this product may cause damage to the product.

and procedures for checking diving fees listed in this manual.

Operating Instruction for Inflatable Pumps


After the installation of the new inflator is completed, it is necessary to detect air leakage, and then empty for dozens of times to drain oil and water.

Air leakage testing method: After assembly, use the core plug and the piping block shown in the figure above, then hit 20 pressures, wait for about 10 seconds to see if the pressure gauge drops, and if it does not drop, it means no air leakage; if the pressure gauge indicates a drop, add the cylinder to the bucket filled with water and watch to see where the air leaks.

The new air pump does not need to add silicone oil, and it has been added at the factory.

You may not know that the appropriate silicone oil is just right. If you add too much, it will easily block the check valve.

The water coolant has also been added and is sealed between the 2nd and 3rd tube walls of the cylinder and does not need to be added.

It is normal that there is very little air out from the downward pressure cylinder and more air out from the upward pull when the air is empty.

The working principle of the gas cylinder is to pull the

gas cylinder to the third-stage pressure, the first-stage air intake. At this time, the outlet is not connected with the container, and the secondary gas is directly discharged from the one-way valve when pulling up, so there is very little outlet at the lower pressure, which is the normal phenomenon of the cylinder.

 

Inflation Method

Method 1. Inflating the product with a aqualung wsitch

1. Connect the aqualung switch head to the one-way inflatable valve of the respirator.

2. Connect the aqualung inflatable switch head to the aqualung valve.

3. Slowly open the aqualung valve(allow full filling within 45-60 seconds) the indicator will rise slowly during filling When the indication hits 3000 psi/20 MPa,the respirator has been filled with air.

4. Closing aqualung valve.

5. Unscrew the relief valve of the aqualung converter and release the pressure to the converter.

6. Pull out the breathing apparatus.

 

Method 2. Pump the product with an electric inflator or a anual inflatable pump. 

1. Connect the female head of the air pump and one-way inflatable valve,and the one-way inflatable valve is 8MM fast filling male.

2. Compress dry and clean air into the product.

3. Pay attention to the pressure indicator and stop inflating when the pressure reaches 20 MPAor 3000psi.

4. Turn the relief valve of the pump or pump to open and release the pressure.

5. Pull out the respirator,test the
